έκανα reset,αποσυνδέθηκα και έκανα ping

oπότε κάτι πρόβλημα υπάρχει
επίσηε να και config/all χωρίς να είμαι συνδεδεμένος

Κάτι δεν πάει καλά όντως.

Έχε στο δίσκο κάπου το firmware του και ακολούθησε την παρακάτω διαδικασία.

Step 2: Is your ADSL 4-Port Router responding?

Open your Web browser to the router’s address: http://192.168.1.1. If the router’s Web User Interface appears, please go to Step 3.

If the router’s Web User Interface doesn’t appear, the router may need to be restored to the default factory settings. (Please note that you will lose all of your router’s custom settings and will need to set it up again as if you were installing it for the first time. If you’ve made a backup of the settings, you will be able to restore them. Please click here for more information.)

1. With a thin tool such as a paper clip, press the Reset button on the back of the router for at least five seconds.
2. Wait about one or two minutes as the router restarts.
3. Please restart your computer so that it will connect to the router.
4. Try to access the router’s Web address at http://192.168.1.1

If the router's Web User Interface still does not appear, the firmware and/or default factory settings may have been corrupted. To find out, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold down the Reset button on the back of the router for more than 30 seconds.
2. Assign a static IP address to your computer, in the same subnet as your router's management IP address. (For example, the default management IP address for your router is 192.168.1.1. The computer IP address can be 192.168.1.5, subnet mask 255.255.255.0, and gateway IP address 192.168.1.1.)
3. Open a browser and try to open the http://192.168.1.1 address again. If anything opens, follow the on-screen instructions to re-load the firmware. You will need to get a new firmware file from your Internet Service Provider or from the www.usr.com Web site.
4. Close the Web browser and reinstate the dynamic IP address.

If the router’s Web User Interface still does not appear, the router may have failed. Please contact U.S. Robotics Customer Support. See the contact information for instructions.

Μάλλον πέθανε το ρουτεράκι.Επιστράφηκε στο e-shop και θα μου πούν τελικά άν κράσαρε οριστικά

Σήμερα με ενημερώσαν να περάσω από το e-shop για να μου δώσουν ένα καινούριο 9107 σε αντικατάσταση του χαλασμένου.

Τώρα περνάμε το νέο firmware στο 9107 που μου αντικαταστήσαν ή το αφήνουμε με το φόβο ότι αυτό έφταιγε για το κρασάρισμα του παλιού;Πάντως και με το παλιό firmware δεν είχα ιδιαίτερα προβλήματα αφού και το qos είχα ενεργοποιήσει σύμφωνα με τον οδηγό που βρήκα στο forum και δούλεύε καλά
