I tried to access now the address you have provided from two VPN servers, one in Frankfurt and one in Roubaix (France) .

Via the French vpn, it loads without any issue.
Via the German vpn, either does not load at all or it loads really slow.
I suggest to call them at 00306971013888 and report the issue. It does not make any sense to work from France but not from Germany.
EDIT
Try also from a different ISP (for example from your home xDSL/FTTH connection and via your mobile phone 4G/5G connection) .
