πρόβλημα με εκτυπωτή Hp photosmart c 8180 all in all

Έχω τον εκτυπωτή Hp photosmart c 8180 all in all. Πάντα αγόραζα τα γνήσια μελάνια με κωδικό 363. Προχθές ένα φίλος μου μου παράγγειλε απο το εξωτερικό μελάνια με 40 ευρώ 3 σειρές. Ενώ τα γωήσια έκανε η μία σειρά τόσο. Τα έβαλα στον εκτυπωτή και μου εβγάλε το εξής πρόβλημα: Αποτυχία συστήματος μελάνης. Εκτύπωση αδύνατη. Δείτε τεκμηρίωση εκτύπωση. Σφ 0xc18a0401. Έτσι έβγαλα τα μελάνια έξω και έβαλα τα γνήσια, αλλά το σφάλμα δεν έχει φύγει. Τι να κάνω? Μήπως δεν οφείλεται απο τα μελάνια ή μήπως τα μελάνια δημιούργησαν το πρόβλημα?

How to fix error 0xc18a0401, oxc18a0401 on HP printers

Solution 1:

Press and hold the "*" key. Press the "#" key and release both keys. Display should say "Enter Special Key Combo"
Press and release in sequence the "1", "2" and "3" buttons. Display should say "Support" and display the FW rev (something like R0631R).
Press and release the right arrow button until the display says "System Configuration Menu".
Press and release the "OK" button. Display should say "Hardware failure status". If not there already, Arrow Key over to "Hardware failure status",
Press and release the "OK" button. Display should say "Hardware failure status: Clear. Press OK to clear".
Press and release the "OK" Button. Message changes to "Hardware failure status Cleared. Press Cancel to continue".
Press and release the "CANCEL" button as many times as necessary, until the "Welcome to Photosmart Express" screen appears, or, the "Ink System Failure" screen appears. Do not try to print at this stage.
Using the Power Button, turn the unit OFF and unplug the power cable from back of the printer and wall outlet.
Wait 30 seconds for the power to get discharged and then plug the power cable into the wall outlet first and then into the back of the printer.
Turn the unit on. The printer may display message "Use Power button to shutdown the printer" followed by "Press OK to continue".
Press OK. The Printer will start the "One time ink initialization process". Allow this process to complete and do not interrupt.
Once the initialization process is complete, the printer will print out a Diagnostic Page.

Solution 2:

Unplug the power from behind the printer.
Wait for 60 seconds.
Hold down the “print photo” and “cancel” at the same time. You should be able to see it with a blank screen for several seconds.
It's done
Try again and again if at first it doesnt work.


Solution 3:

Unplug the all-in-one from power.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug in the power only.
Repeat steps 2-4 two more times.
On the third time after plugging the unit into power check the functionality.


Solution 4:

Unplug the power cord from the back of the HP All-in-One.
Wait for the unit to go to the sleep mode. Wait for 60 seconds.
Press and hold Print Photos & Photo Fix buttons simultaneously on the control panel; keep them pressed and reconnect the power cord to the All-in-One.
Continue pressing the buttons until the display goes blank or Reset shows on the control panel display.

Solution 5
1. Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
1. Remove the cartridges from the product.
2. Wait for the 'Insert Cartridges ' message to display on the control panel.
3. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
4. Wait 60 seconds.
5. Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button ( ).
6. Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
7. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
8. Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.
9. If you have completed all the steps listed above and are still experiencing a problem, you need to service the product.

Φίλε σε ευχαριστώ για τις λύσεις. Έκανα τις 2,3,4 αλλά δεν είχα αποτέλεσμα. Η 1, είναι δύσκολη και δεν μπορώ να την κάνω...

Η 1 είναι πολύ απλή. Τη δοκίμασες και δεν τα κατάφερες;

Να ρωτήσω και εγώ που μπορώ να βρω πληροφορίες για ένα πρόβλημα που έχω με την ασύρματη σύνδεση ενός AIO HP 7280C;

να σου πω δεν εχω ιδεα! Έφερα ένα φιλαράκο, ο οποίος έβγαλε ολα τα μελάνια, τα καλώδια και στην επανεκίνηση τα ξαναπρόσθεσε. και ολα καλά. ο εκτυπωτης λειτουργει! σε ευχαριστω πάντως.
