Hello! Today I had a VDSL outage, the hotline 13888 offered to activate 10gb data for my mobile phone. This offer is only possible if I have a Cosmote mobile number. But I own a Wind Prepaid card.
But would like to make provision for future VDSL failures. As my Fritz box has the option of using a USB modem as a backup, I had some questions:

- Is it possible to transfer my prepaid wind phone number to Cosmote?
- If so, there is a possibility then I get a second SIM for my Fritz box?

THX for help

Yes. Visit a cosmote store. It is called number portability (φορητότητα αριθμού).

https://www.cosmote.gr/cs/cosmote/en/servicetwinsim.html

It does not mention anything about prepaid or post-paid (contract), but confirm it in-store.

I can confirm that cosmote supports twinsim for prepaid customers, as opposed to wind which only offers it for contract customers.
