I try to update the firmware from annex a to annex b and i get this
problem :

Γιατι δεν θελουν να πουν πως γινετε? Εγω παντως το εκανα.

Γιατι δεν θελουν να πουν πως γινετε? Εγω παντως το εκανα.

Εχει αναφερθεί ξανά το ίδιο περιστατικό, και η αχρηστία του tech support της USR, παρότι βγάζει καταπληκτικά προϊόντα.

Ουσιαστικά εδώ μού λένε ότι είναι δυνατή η μετατροπή από ΑΝΝΕΧ Α σε ΑΝΝΕΧ Β (κάτι βέβαια που έχω ήδη κάνει προ ημερών) χωρίς να αναφέρεται κάτι περί καταστροφής

στειλε και τα 2 στο CEO της USR να δει ποσο στόκοι είναι στο support!!!

Είνα πραγματικά τουλάχιστον στόκοι , μπορεί βέβαια να άλλαξαν γνώμη σχετικά με την απάντηση που είχαν δώσει στον cool_myII
Την απάντηση που επισυνάπτω την πήρα πριν από 20 λεπτά :D

Οπως ανέφερα σε άλλο thread, από την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα έχω άμεση επαφή με USRobotics, οπότε ευελπιστώ οτι θα αλλάξουν αρκετά πράγματα...
