spikes & HEC Errors

Καλησπέρα,

εδώ και 3-4 μήνες έχω τρελά spikes έχω κάνει tracert παντού έχω δει με Pingplotter με Traffic Monitors έχω κάνει format το pc κλπ.. δεν παίζει ένα πρόγραμμα να το προκαλεί δηλαδή αυτό.. :( παίζει να είναι πρόβλημα από ΟΤΕ? :mad: να πάρω την να ζητήσω καθαρισμό?

ωστόσο στο dsl details λέει

HEC Errors (Up/Down): 217.717 / 7

τι error είναι τα HEC? :hmm:

Πόσο ψηλά συγχρονίζεις; Γράψε όλα τα στατιστικά που σου δίνει το ρούτερ σου.
