Επιστροφή στο Forum : Αποσυνδέσεις κατά τη διάρκεια downloading

Έχω το πακέτο WIND Double Play M με to Gennet Oxygen router.

Το router συνχρονίζεται συνήθως στα 13000Kbps/1000Kbps και surfαρω σχετικά καλά.

Το πρόβλημα εντοπίζεταί όταν πάω να κατεβάσω κάποιο αρχείο, αποσυνδέεται και επανασυνδέεται κάθε 30 δευτερόλεπτα. Όταν ακυρώσω το κατέβασμα, σταματάνε και οι αποσυνδέσεις.

Καμιά ιδέα τι μπορεί να φταίει και πως μπορώ να το διορθώσω?

Μάλλον ζορίζεται κάπου και τρώει kernel restarts. Συνδέεσαι ασύρματα ή ενσύρματα με το router?
Δοκίμασε να κατεβάσεις συνδεμένος με ethernet αν είσαι ασύρματα. Ή μπορείς να δοκιμάσεις ένα update στο firmware. :oneup:

Με Ethernet συνδέομαι.

Για το firmware, έκανα το auto-check firmware του router και δεν βρίσκει κάποια καινούρια έκδοση.

Να σημειώσω ότι έχω δοκιμάσει και το παλιό router του ΟΤΕ που είχα για 2-3 χρόνια, και πάλι κάνει disconnects στα downloads.

Μάλλον είναι θέμα γραμμής τότε. Δοκίμασες να ελέγξεις/αλλάξεις τυχόν φίλτρα και splitter?

Έκανα κάποιες τράμπες με τα φίλτρα και τα splitter και το πρόβλημα, παρότι βελτιώθηκε, υπάρχει ακόμα.

Έχεις τη δυνατότητα να δοκιμάσεις με κάποιο άλλο router?

Δοκιμασε με το ρουτερ απευθειας πανω στη γραμμη χωρις να υπαρχουν συσκευες τηλεφωνου. Δες αν υπαρχει ακομα το προβλημα. Μετα ξεκινα και βαζε μια μια συσκευη να δεις αν εμφανιζεται οταν συνδεεται καποια συγκεκριμενη συσκευη.

Πάρε και το support να δεις μήπως βλέπουν αυτοί κάτι στη γραμμή σου με αποσυνδέσεις. Βέβαια πρόσεχε γιατί έχουν μια τάση να ανεβάζουν το snr και να συγχρονίζεις χαμηλότερα (η εύκολη λύση τους).
