ADSL Mode State = G.992.5 annexM
Up Speed = 1023937
Down Speed = 12031623
SNR Margin = 20
Loop Att. =16

Your statistics are indicating a problem.

the snr should be 9 and not 20.But with the current statistics you should expect a 1.2mb/second downloading speed.
