Need help to set up a new connection (PPP username - password ?)

Hi, sorry for writing in English. I am setting up a new Wind connection but I can't figure out what should I put in the PPP username and PPP password fields. I went to a Wind shop and they told me to call 1212. I called but they told me that I should have those already (?). Thank you.

Try winduser@tellas.gr pass winduser,
Usually they don't check the password but the router needs the info to make a connection

Did you try just random values? (just for something to exist in the boxes)

Hi thanks a lot for your replies. I have tried but looks like I am having another kind of technical issue, the Internet looks down also the network is displayed as "No Internet, secured". Don't know if you can suggest some workarounds here.

If everyone is interested, I have solved following these steps from http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/fix-network-connection-issues

1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt, right-click (or press and hold) Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator > Yes
2. Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
3. Reboot the PC
4. Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
5. Reboot the PC
6. Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
7. Reboot the PC
