My laptop Acer Aspire A 315-53-36 L-4 is too slow at startup, does anyone knows how to fix it ?

Good day, i have set an email account as microsoft account, on a Windows 10 computer. Sometimes i am asked to type the password of that account on a pop up window, that shows that email account, (enter your password since you are accessing sensitive information), i enter the password and it is not recognized ( incorrect password), although the password is correct. I did change the password many times, the same. Therefore i cannot have access to certain settings. What could the issue be ? Thanks

Good day, i cannot have access to my personal desktop computer over a month already, when i try to open it there is a note "The connection computer, client, group policy failed, the access is not permitted. I tried to fix it but there no other buttons to use and the technicians ask a lot money. It is a home computer and the operating system is Windows 7 pro. Does anyone knows why that happen and a possible way to fix it ? I can only have access to Bios. I have only one account, i did not activate the guest account to enter from there and find out what happen. Thanks

I think you must go to your mouse settings and reduce the slider "chose how many lines to scroll each time"

Thanks for the reply value, i did reduce the slider, the issue is not solved, maybe it has to do with an experimental thing of Microsoft. I read that many users face this issue.

Good day, when i scroll a web page on the browser Microsoft Edge, Windows 10 or an app, like You tube for example, the speed is too fast recently. Why this is happening and is there a way to fix it ?
