Hello, I have already exchanged around 10 emails with NO-IP support, my Hyprid router HUAWAI DN9245X6-10 has not updated the new IP to NO-IP for a few days. The support was very patient and tried to help me, but he couldn't tell me why the update didn't work. Only now did I find all the postings here in the forum. The update works for me with NO-IP if I enter the NO_IP DDNS in my webcams, but I only get an error message in the Huawei router. Even a restart doesn't change the situation.

For better visibility that is, not many are familiar with the speedbooster service and its cpe.

Automatic restart Huawei DN9245x6-10, since I have problems with the bonding LED connection, I would like to restart automatically every day and hope that this solves the problem. However, with my current settings, the router does not restart, what am I doing wrong? Is there no way to restart it manually? I find a way, so I always pull the power plug. But this only works when I'm on site, not remotely via the Internet. Can anyone give me a hint? Thanks in advance .

Hello, for a few days now the bonding led on my booster Huawei DN9245x6-10 has been lighting up orange, in the menu under "Bonding Tunnel" the "DSL tunnel" is down. When I press the power button and the router restarts, the bonding LED is green again, but the same problem in a day or two. Is there any advice or do I have to contact Cosmote?

Hello, I have a Whast UP Sim for unlimited data per month, i pay 12.-. Now I want to extend this, but I don't know how to do it online. The number appears in my landline account from Cosmote, I can also extend it there, but I don't know what price I have to pay. There is a choice of 8.- and 12.- and more. Can someone tell me how I can extend this unlimited package or do I have to go to a Germanos shop (20km)?

Thenk you, I tested it - The H-35-10 shows 3 LEDs green Internet is flashing, wireless is on. unfortunately I still get no internet. In setting (APN) I tried both hybrid & internet, no internet. I have not connected the router to my Fetnetzt line VDSL. Maybe something else needs to be changed in the router settings or it won't work without a DSL connection.

The speed with VDSL/Hybrid is only 35/5 at the moment, ok sometimes is 60 down, just for me is important the upload, 5mb is not so much....

Yesterday I was in the Germanos Store and a "WhatsUp" with unlimited data (12.-) was recommended to me for a 5 g test. I informed the seller several times that I only need it for 5 G. She said it works for 4G & 5G. But now I have my doubts!
The speed is sometimes super , but "4G+" is still displayed on my Poco F 2. 5G is enabled in Sim setting. I also get the following information with the "NetMonster" app, please see the attachment. Now I suspect that the seller gave me wrong advice and this sim is not suitable for 5G.

Hello, since yesterday I have a problem with www.gmx.net, the page does not open. Got a Cosmote Hybrid Router. All other pages I call up work. As soon as I activate a VPN with Austria, the GMX page opens. Can someone tell me if this could be a problem of Cosmote. Didn't find anything wrong with my network. I've been looking for 3 hours :-(

Hello, I have a problem with No-IP ddns ! The Ote router Huawai DN9245X6-10 renews the "wrong" IP address. - The IP from "Internet-VDSL" to "NO-IP" is uploaded from the router (94.65.xxx.xx) and not the IP of the bonding tunnel (178.147.xxx.xx)

If I now enter my "NO-IP" DDNS address in the browser, I get an error message. If I enter the Bonding Tunnel IP address, the connection works.

Can anyone help me further?

@Marios, thank you, I called support yesterday, they said I should disconnect the FritzBox from the booster and it can take up to 24 hours for the BONDING server to connect! It takes about 10 minutes after that and the router started shutting down and restarting. From that moment on, the BONDING LED also lit up. You may be right, it's a problem with Cosmote! - I have now made a screenshot of the router system, it will be able to answer your question regarding FW. Help, for 6 hours I've been trying to bring the new booster DN 9256x6-10 to the internet.
I have already done the following:

1.) I gave the "old" SIM from the HA35 router to the new one.
2.) Changed the network address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.3.1.
3.) The following LEDs light up green: Power-DSL-Internet-Mode-WLAN but not the "Bonding" LED!!

My network connection says "connected to the internet" but doesn't open any page! Where can the problem lie here? I've looked through the settings several times, can't find the error!

If I put my sim back into the HA 35, everything works fine, good thing the booster still connects!! Telephone no longer works, but I was aware of this, need a new code!

I've already tried using the news SIM, included in the new DN 9245xxxxx router, and it doesn't work either!

Kalimera, I am currently using the old speedbooster Huawai AH 35-10. I will get the new speed booster from Cosmote in a few days, will the VOIP code stay the same for my phone or will I get a new one automatically?
Since I'm running a Fritzbox 7590 behind the Speedbooster, that would be annoying because I'd have to fight for the code on the hotline again :-)

Hello, I have a Wind prepaid card, I have to top it up every 2 months, each time at 12.- never i make outgoing calls, I only use the number for incoming calls. Now I have some questions:

1.) Is it possible to have the accumulated credit paid out?

2.) If I don't top up every 2 months, how long will the phone number stay active for incoming calls?

3.) Is there a wind page where I can find out more about the conditions and the period of validity of a prepaid number?

Hi Sakis, I use the Fritzbox 7590 (config. Router) behind the HA 35, the HA 35 only dials into the Internet. I carried out the FB according to these instructions, sorry is only in German https://hybrid.aluny.net/. The WIFI, VOIP, VPN, port, etc. works with the FB. It is important that the DZM in the HA 35 is activated.
