I’m greek but I was born and an raised in Germany. So it’s easier for me to write in english. But you can answer in greek.

About my issue: Everything is fine and working as expected except a vlan-interface. I’m not able to distribute IPv6-addresses to clients connected to this interface.

About my hardware:

- Speedport Entry 2i operating in bridge-mode (only DSL-Modem, no double NAT).
- PC-Engines APU2E4 (OPNsense v21.1).
- Fritzbox 7590 (only VoIP und DECT-station).
- Cisco SG250-10P 10-Port Gigabit PoE Smart Switch.
- Raspberry pi4 (pi-hole, Unifi AP Controller, CUPS, Samba …).
- UniFi AP-AC-Pro Access Points.

My setup:

ISP (Cosmote) -> Firewall OPNSense (igb0=WAN-Interface, igb1=LAN-Interface, igb1_vlan=GST-Interface, igb2=MNG-Interface) -> Switch

The issue is on igb1_vlan (GST). This is a „tagged“ vlan-interface (vlan ID=2) with igb1 as it's parent interface. Here an OPN-Sense dashboard screenshot of the interfaces:

LAN and MNG are physical interfaces. GST is a virtual interface.

All interfaces are getting proper IPv6 addresses. Clients connected to LAN and MNG are getting IPv6 addresses. But clients connected to „GST“ are not getting IPv6 addresses.

The setup in OPNSense should be ok. I’m requesting and getting a /56 prefix delegation. All interfaces have the same configuration except the prefix id‘s. Firewall is allowing IPv6-trafic and DHCPv6 advertisements on all interfaces.

I also tried to debug using wireshark. No success. 13888 is not really helpful. I also wrote an email to ipv6(at)ote***.gr. No answer.

I would appreciate your support. How can i obtain IPv6 addresses to clients connected on a vlan interface? Am I missing any specific settings?

Πρωτα απ' ολα συγνωμη για τα ελληνικα τα γραμματα μου. Μεγαλωσα στην Γερμανια. Εχουμε ξενοδοχειο εδω και οχι μονο για αυτον τον λογο προτιμω να συνδεσω το Fritz Box μου 7360 German edition με Fritz Fon. Μεχρι τωρα ειταν ολα καλα. Εχουμε VDSL 30 mbit στην COSMOTE. Εχθες και μετα που το ζητησα μας εκαναν αλλαγη σε VoIP. Και δεν μου δινουν το password για VoIP. Πηρα πολλες φορες το 13888 και αναζητησα μεσον email (ts@ote.gr). No chance :( Τι αλλο μπορω να κανω? Δεν γουσταρω το Speedport! Ευχαριστω. Νικος
