VDSL and Fritzbox 7360 Int. no dail in

Hello, today I was converted from ADSL to VDSL. The OTE router has established the connection without problems! My Fritzbox gets the connection with VDSL, however no connection with the Internet :-( The error message: "The test of the Internet connection failed failed The internet offerer does not respond to PPPoE packages Repeat the test at a later time." Can someone help? The firmware from the Fritzbox is new. If somebody speaks german, i am from austria :-)

You must activate the VLAN ID option and set 835 in the corresponding field.
