Can ote block this spam calls?

Can somebody help? For months I get calls from this number. Is it possible that OTE will block this number or can I complain at one point?

Seit Monaten bekomme ich Anrufe von dieser Nummer. Besteht die Möglichkeit das OTE diese Nummer Sperrt oder kann ich mich an einer Stelle beschweren?

ΟΤΕ is useless. Don't rely on them. Since you have a Fritzbox, you can block the call from there.

Go to "Telephony">"Call Handling">"Call Blocks" (You have the German firmware, so the option names may be similar)

Click "Add new rule">"Inbound call" and type the number you want to block.

Done!
