Και περσυ ετσι πηγαινε.. Και απο το καλοκαιρινο break και μετα αρχισε το παρτυ ο Χαμ.
Οποτε νο στρες.

O οδηγος του αγωνα ειναι γενικα γελοιος <θεσμος>.

Συμφωνώ για τον οδηγό του αγώνα. Οι περισσότεροι τηλεθεατές δεν έχουν τη δυνατότητα να κρίνουν αυτά που βλέπουν.

Αλλά δυστυχώς διαφωνώ για το πιθανό πάρτυ του Χαμιλτον γιατί φέτος νομίζω ότι είναι πολύ γρήγορη η Φερράρι και όπως σωστά είπε και ο haHa στο αλλο topic θα εξαρτηθεί κυρίως ανάλογα με το ποιον βολεύει η κάθε πίστα από εδώ και πέρα. Μακάρι να έχεις δίκιο όμως.

Αν και δεν αναφερόταν σε μένα το quote, ήθελα να πω πως για μένα ναι, αυτόν τον καιρό όντως είναι ο αγαπημένος μου οδηγός. Αγαπημένος με την έννοια ότι γουστάρω να τον βλέπω περιμένοντας κάτι που δεν θα κάνει άλλος (και δεν με έχει απογοητεύσει), δεν θα τον βάλω και wallpaper φυσικά. Είχα πολλά χρόνια να δω κάποιον να ξεχωρίζει έτσι. Το πιθανότερο επόμενο είναι το εκλέρ με κάποιο σοβαρό μονοθέσιο της τριάδας, κάποιοι ίσως θα λέγανε και τον Sainz, όχι εγώ πάντως όσο γρήγορος και αν παραδέχομαι πως είναι.

Ακριβώς όπως τα λες. Ξεχωρίζει. Και αν γίνει κανένας βρόχινος αγώνας έχω την πεποίθηση ότι θα τον αγαπήσουν πολλοί περισσότεροι φίλαθλοι.

Σε τέτοιο αγώνα με άφησε με το στόμα ανοιχτό την πρώτη φορά. Πάντως για να είμαστε δίκαιοι, πιο πιθανό θεωρώ να περάσει ξανά 2-3 από την εξωτερική με τρελά παραπάνω χιλιόμετρα και μετά να φύγει μόνος του, δεν είναι κάθε μέρα Κυριακή

Οπως είπα, φέτος υπάρχει αλλαγή στο πως αντιμετωπίζει τους αγώνες η Ferrari και αυτό φαίνεται.
Οπως επίσης είπα, περιμένω να δω φυσικά κατα πόσο αυτό θα φέρει αποτελέσματα.

Αναμενόμενο. Το line-up της Merc θα μείνει το ίδιο εκτός απροόπτου. Το μόνο ερωτηματικό για του χρόνου είναι ο Ρικάρντο. Πιθανότατα θα μείνει εκεί που είναι αφού όπως δείχνουν τα πράματα, οι πόρτες για Merc+Ferrari έχουν κλείσει.

Αν πάρει το πρωτάθλημα ο Vettel θα χαλαρώσουν στη Ferrari και θα σκεφτούν ποιο λογικά και θα δουν ότι ο Leclerc είναι η καλύτερη λύση έχοντας τον Vettel δίπλα του να μάθει τα κόλπα του πρωταθλητισμού και να βελτιωθεί και οδηγηκά και ψυχικά κλπ.
Να πάει ο Ricardo στη Ferrari για μένα αυτό απλά δεν υπάρχει σαν σενάριο.

Ricciardo set to sign new Red Bull deal

Daniel Ricciardo is set to end speculation about his future by signing a new deal with Red Bull.

Ricciardo has been playing the waiting game this season as he assessed whether an opportunity would arise with either Mercedes or Ferrari for the 2019 season.

But, Mercedes are set to stick with Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas as their driver line-up for another season, whilst Ferrari are only thought to be considering Charles Leclerc as a potential replacement for Kimi Raikkonen.

McLaren are the only other team to have been linked with the Aussie, but he is now very likely to stay put with Red Bull and continue to drive alongside Max Verstappen.

Ricciardo held more talks with Red Bull ahead of a promotional event in Austria and said to the press: “It’s not over yet but it will come. Soon. The time is not far away.”

Red Bull’s motorsport advisor Dr Helmut Marko also said that a new contract agreement with Ricciardo is “getting closer” and told Motorsport.com that Ricciardo’s options, in the end, were limited.

“Mercedes and Ferrari have a number one driver who is clearly declared,” said Marko.

“I know Ricciardo did not receive an offer from Ferrari.

“Renault will, as far as I know, stay with the current drivers. Above all, I don’t think Renault is playing in the budget regions that Ricciardo has in mind.

“Daniel is in a situation where he has no sporting alternative to us. He probably imagined it differently.

“We want it [to continue with Ricciardo], but not at any price.”

enault has dismissed suggestions it is trying to lure Adrian Newey away from Red Bull, despite recent speculation that the Formula 1 manufacturer is interested in the design chief.

Newey still has another year to run on his contract as Red Bull's chief technical officer, but rumours emerged around the time of last month's Monaco Grand Prix that Renault chiefs were considering an attempt to poach him.

But Renault F1's managing director Cyril Abiteboul insisted his team was content with its current technical line-up, and did not think Newey will do anything but commit for longer to staying where he is.

When asked by Autosport if Renault was really interested in Newey, Abiteboul replied: "No."

He added: "Massive respect to Adrian for what he's done and keeps doing.

"I don't feel like he's going to be contractless, I rather feel like he's extremely committed to Red Bull and Aston Martin on a number of projects, on the one hand.

"On the other hand, we've got a strong, established structure I fully trust. Bob [Bell], Marcin Budkowski who joined us and is taking up the global management of Enstone, Nick Chester, Rob White on Enstone operations.

"That's it, I think we've got the right structure to do the job. Now, we need to make it work."

Renault has undergone a massive restructuring in the past three years in the wake of the car manufacturer's return to F1 as a works team.

Zak Brown has admitted that Fernando Alonso might not race an orange car in Formula 1 next year.

Spaniard Alonso won Le Mans recently, and he now wants victory at the Indy 500 to complete the elusive 'triple crown'.

McLaren's Formula 1 rivals have expressed surprised at the team's struggles this season but believe it would be foolish to write off a quick return to form.
Though it started the season with a batch of strong results McLaren has lacked one-lap pace and is is currently on a three-race pointless run thanks to poor performance and reliability.

It hit a new low last weekend when both Fernando Alonso and Stoffel Vandoorne were knocked out of the first part of qualifying last week in France.

McLaren is still fifth in the constructors' championship, behind Renault and ahead of Force India and Haas, but its immediate rivals did not expect the team to struggle this much.

Former McLaren driver Kevin Magnussen said he was "proud" of Haas's results in comparison, with the Dane achieving two sixth-place finishes this season, and admitted: "I am quite surprised.

"When I was there it was very clear it is a great team, a very big team and beautiful team. It is a shame for sure.

"I am happy for us that we can compete with them and beat them at times but it is not where they belong."

When Renault agreed to supply McLaren with engines for 2018 it had targeted the multiple championship-winning squad as an immediate benchmark for the progress of its own works team.

However, Renault's R.S.18 has proven superior to the MCL33 and Renault now has a 22-point lead over McLaren in the fight for fourth.

Nico Hulkenberg admitted he was "a bit surprised" by McLaren's "ups and downs".

"In qualifying they are not so strong as on Sunday," he said. "Actually, I had expected that they are stronger on Sunday in France, but they weren't.

"They are not as strong this year as I would have thought."

introduced a major aerodynamic package in Spain, where it made it into Q3 for the first time, but has not brought big upgrades since and has slipped back.

Hulkenberg's teammate Carlos Sainz said: "I think we are especially [surprised] after the strong weekend they had in Barcelona.

"In Formula 1 you never know, suddenly they found a small issue and they are back on pace here and we need to wake up again.

"It's strange, but that's something that always happens."

As McLaren has fallen away from Renault in the constructors' championship, Force India and Haas have closed in.

Force India has scored 10 points during McLaren's point-less streak and now only trails it by 12, but its driver Esteban Ocon echoed Sainz's warning not to dismiss McLaren as a threat.

"To be honest, yes," said Ocon when asked if he was surprised by McLaren. McLaren were not competitive [in France], we were expecting to be fighting with them but it was not the case.

"You can't underestimate McLaren, I'm sure they will be back."

Defending his team on Thursday ahead of the Austrian GP, Alonso repeated his post-France proclamation that it was not as bad as it looks.

"The pace for the whole first stint was very similar to Sainz and Magnussen, which was definitely not on Saturday, when we were 1.5 seconds behind them, so on Sunday again we did improve a lot," he said.

"But again, if you look only at the results, we were out of Q1: 'Let's blame McLaren'. On Sunday we are out of the points: 'McLaren is very bad'."

Charles Leclerc is the new kid on the block but has already been getting a lot of applause for his style of driving and how he has been grinding out results even with the Sauber car.

Leclerc has admitted that he is ready to take that leap of faith and move to Ferrari next season, if the opportunity arises.

With Raikkonen not performing as expected, Ferrari are on the lookout for a driver to partner Vettel from next season.

And while initially the talk was all around Ricciardo, his insane salary expectations have put Ferrari off and they have turned their attention towards the highly talented Charles Leclerc.

What initially started off as a stray rumour, picked up pace within the last week and the today, Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting that a deal has been agreed upon by Ferrari and Leclerc.

The deal would be a two year one considering that the new engine rules will kick in from 2021.

Coming to the monetary aspect of the deal, it is expected that Leclerc will be earning € 2m in 2019 and € 3m in 2020. The official announcement could be made between Spa and Monza.

With the deal all but agreed, Raikkonen will be on the driver’s market and it would be interesting to see if the McLaren rumours actually come true, or if he would be making the switch to WRC.

Έτσι το νοιώθω και εγώ. Οι διαφορές δείχνουν μικρές αλλά αυτό οφείλεται στο ότι η πίστα είναι μινιον... αν δείτε onboard από τις merc στρίβουν χαλαρά χωρίς κανένα κόπο πάνω στα curb.
