Το Upstream πριν βγάλει βλάβη είχε ίδιο Attenuation και SNR με όταν είχε βλάβη δηλαδή Attenuation 5.7~ kai SNRM: 9~, τώρα είναι βελτιωμένο, το Downstream ήταν έτσι πριν και πριν βγάλει την βλάβη.

To Downstream Attenuation δεν ανέβηκε πολύ, αλλά με SNR 9 και αν είσαι σε FastPath εντάξει είναι τώρα ο συγχρονισμός.

Στο 1ο διάγραμμα είναι η γραμμή μετά και στο 3ο η γραμμη όταν ειχε το πρόβλημα.
Στη μέση είναι η διάφορα τους.
Έκτος από το upstream υπάρχει και ένα κομματάκι ανάμεσα στο upstream και το downstream που "γεμισε".
Στο παραπάνω διάγραμμα φαίνεται η εξασθένηση της γραμμής
Παρόλο που σαν νούμερο η εξασθένηση "μοιάζει σαν να άλλαξε" στην πραγματικότητα έμεινε η ίδια.
Αυτό φαίνεται στο κίτρινο χρώμα στο πάνω διάγραμμα που δεν έχει μεταβληθεί.
Η εξασθένηση της γραμμής (line attenouation) υπολογίζεται ως η μέση τετραγωνική τιμή στο παραπάνω διάγραμμα.
Πρακτικά είναι το εμβαδόν που βλέπουμε μέχρις εκεί που πάει (δια 512 στην μια περίπτωση και δια 256 στην άλλη)
Στην καλή περίπτωση (όταν έφτιαξε η βλάβη διαιρείται με το 512) ενώ στην περίπτωση της βλάβης (δια 256)
(μείον οι τόνοι του upstream κοκ κάποιες μικρολεπτομέρειες)
Η διαφορά δηλαδή στο Attenuation (που είναι χειρότερο μετά την αποκατάσταση της βλάβης) έχει να κάνει καθαρά μαθηματικά με το ADSL2.
Ο θόρυβος της γραμμής τέλος έμεινε αμετάβλητος (στο κοινό κομμάτι πάντα)
