Cheapest Mobile Phone Provider in Greece

Hello, can anyone tell me there are other mobile phone providers Wind, Cosmote, Vodafone etc. which are cheaper?

I currently have a Wind prepaid sim so people from Greece can call me. For calls I use either VOIP or my Austrian mobile number.
So far, the charges were at wind with Euro 5.-, I heard, this should change in February to 10.-.

Is there a provider with contract which is cheaper per year than the prepaid charges are?

I currently have a contract with an Austrian Telekom company, where I pay no monthly fee, only the minutes of my call which I make (1 minute Euro 0.039 / 3.9 cents).

Calls to my number are free for me (roaming)

If when you say 10 euro you mean the minimum amount you have to add to your account every two months, then am afraid there is no option since all the providers have (or will have soon) the minimum at 10 euro every two months.
You can go to cosmote which at the moment you can add 12 euros and your account is extended for three months.

The prices for calls, etc is almost the same
