    Hello,
    my greek is poor, this is the reason why im asking in english.
    My Speedport Plus Router is getting only Internet connection but no voip Connection.
    So internet is working without a Problem and telephone not.
    When i go to the router interface and click the telephone tab then it is empty. No Number is in there.
    I resettet the router to its default, but it stays the same.
    Can anybody help me what to do to get the voip working ? Thank you

    If you did reset to default settings and it did not got the voip settings, then you have to call Cosmote Helpdesk to fix it for you

    If you could please check, which username for internet your router has programmed.
    In case you see otenet@otenet.gr then that means that your router is with default settings and hasn't been provisioned from Cosmote. As sdikr mentioned above, contact the helpdesk.

    And yes the username in the Box for Internet is otenet@otenet.gr
    But what would you say on the cosmote Hotline that they do the right action for me ?
    The last time they wanted to sent me a technician in a few days .... but it think that is not necessary.

    I had the exact same problem, and when I spoke with the Cosmote Helpdesk, I just mentioned that my router doen't seem to be provisioned. They checked it and they couldn't see it synchronized, although it was.
    Finally I have provided them with the serial number of the router, they set it up remotely and soon after it worked.

    I just called the help desk. They connected me with the technical help Desk. The guy said he can not help me on the line ... he have to open a Ticket for the next level help desk.
    The only thing i could do is waiting...

    well you already escalated this but are you certain you have voip activated on your line? you might just have a landline.
    though i guess with your ticket they re going to activate voip in any case

    Hmm Last year it was with VoIP but this year we got a new contract Cosmote Home Double Play 50 XL

    Is it possible that it is working with the normal line and not voip?

    not if its already voip no. I assumed it might be a new connection.
    anyway if reset speedport didnt fix it then its a malfunction
