Hi,
I'd like to know if any ISP's out of the major ones in Greece will ever turn off, block or send an extra charge to someone's fixed-line internet access for using bittorrent or for using a _lot_ of the available upload bandwidth?
I'm asking because I am staying with friends in Greece for a long time, and if there is no risk I would like to leave my torrent client open. If it was possible my ISP would cut off someone I was staying with, I'd like to know.
Obviously my question only applies when I'm not using a VPN
Thanks, and sorry for writing in English on a Greek forum, my Greek is not good enough.
