no VPN access to my Fritzbox in Greece

Hello, from today I have no VPN access to my Fritzbox in Greece. I noticed this IP 100.73.238.219 in the Fritzbox and the OTE Internet connection, and my Fritzbox reports, "The Fritzbox is not accessible via the Internet". Is this IP address not a public IP? The VPN access worked until a few days ago without problems.. My network devices are also not accessible.

They have put you behind Carrier-grade NAT.

Call +302106513888, select fault reports for fixed telephony, and ask them to change the setting so that you have a real IP accessible from the Internet. Have them make it a permanent setting. And have them force the IP change immediately so that your modem gets a new ip.

You can add some funds on skype and call via skype out. That's why I gave you a landline number.
Where would you send them an email? They don't publish one.
I think it would be much more efficient to call.
