Fritz!Box 7582 - Telephone Numbers

Καλησπέρα,

Μου έχουν δώσει ένα Fritz!Box 7582 και προσπαθώ να το ρυθμίσω. Μέχρι τώρα είχα το Φριτζ 7140 και του είχα περάσει πολλά sip account (και του OTE).
Στο 7582 δεν βρίσκω το κουμπί add new telephone number.
Επισυνάπτω και screenshot.

Μέχρι και το τελευταίο fw (07.13) του έχω περάσει.

Ξέρουμε τι παίζει???

Ο χρήστης που κάνεις login έχει δικαιώματα admin;

Μήπως είσαι σε προβολή simple view αντί full view ή κάπως έτσι;

Έχω κάνει factory reset, συνδέομαι στο router με τους κωδικούς που έχει στην ετικέτα από κάτω. Έχω ενεργοποιήσει το advanced view αλλά τπτ. Δοκίμασα να αλλάξω και περιοχή και έβαλα Γερμανία. Μήπως το router ήταν μόνο για Γερμανία. Τπτ...

Αν έχει κάποιος fritz με ios 7.13 ας μου στείλει το link που αντιστοιχεί στο κουμπί προσθήκης sip. Να δοκιμάσω και αυτό

Τρέξε το recovery-image μπας και κάτι έχει πάει στραβά.

Δοκίμασε αυτό που λέει ο jkoukos. Κατά 99,9% θα δώσει λύση στο θέμα που αντιμετωπίζεις. Έχω 2 7582 και δεν έχω συναντήσει κάποιο πρόβλημα.

Μου γα βγάζει σφάλμα και ακυρώνει τη διαδικασία.

Δεν ξέρω, αλλά στα γρήγορα που έψαξα το βλέπω από χλωμό έως αδύνατον, καθώς δεν υποστηρίζεται ούτε από το Freetz, διότι έχει Broadcom chipset και δεν υπάρχουν σχετικά εργαλεία για την τροποποίηση του firmware.

Όπως ανέφερα και σε προηγούμενο μήνυμα, διαθέτω 2 τέτοια μοντέλα. Το ένα είναι με το λογότυπο του Αυστριακού ISP A1, σε ασπρόμαυρο χρώμα, και το άλλο στο κανονικό κόκκινο άσπρο. Το firmware είναι ίδιο, δεν υπήρχε κάποια ιδιαιτερότητα. Θα σου πρότεινα να στείλεις ένα email στην AVM.

Βρήκα την λύση.

Ακολούθησα τα βήματα του παρακάτω οδηγού και τώρα είναι ΟΚ.

This Is the solution verified on my Fritz 7390. After reinstalling the firmware with the recovery tool after entering the command through FTP (explained below), it removed the "unsupported configuration message" on the overview page even after restoring the same config I had backed up.
This also removed the "internode ect contact administrator" error while using the recovery tool.

1. Download the recovery tool for your Fritzbox. This can be found on the AVM FTP server ftp://ftp.avm.de/fritz.box/. Once on the AVM FTP you will need to navigate to the directory that relates to your fritzbox. Now navigate to the x_misc folder. Next select the correct folder for your language. Finally you need to download the executable namedFRITZ*.recover-image.exe where the * is the model of your Fritzbox, languages and firmware version, download and save this file
Connect an Ethernet from LAN1 on the Fritzbox to your PC directly. Disconnect all other network cables from the Fritzbox.

2. Run the recovery tool on a Windows 7/8/10 machine (NOTE: do NOT run as administrator), and follow the instructions. You'll need to power-off the device, select the NIC on your PC that you connected to, and then power the device back on.

3. After the recovery tools starts talking to the device it will establish an IP address and check the software version. Then you will get to the point where it complains about the settings being set by a service provider.

4. At this open, open a Command Prompt, and type the command: "ftp <IP address>" replacing the IP address with the one shown in the recovery tool.
You will connect to the ADAM2 boot loader ftp server. Login with the username "adam2" and password "adam2".

5. At the ftp prompt run the command: "quote UNSETENV provider". It will respond with a successful confirmation. Then type "quit" and close the command prompt.
Now you can close the Fritzbox recovery tool. Then open the recovery tool, again following the instructions. This time you should not be presented with an error about the provider and the tool should flash the Fritzbox.
