    Hello, I am not sure if I am correct in this forum. I found the following amount on my last invoice: Τέλος μη επιστροφής vdsl εξοπλισμού 44,634 + tax

    I got a hybrid router in October, but it's free, I was told. Now I don't understand this amount.

    Can someone explain this amount to me?

    the next problem, how i can go in contact per mail with the support? I cant found some link :-(

    It is free ... as long as you have a contract with the provider.

    If you leave , then you have to return the equipment. it is something like a loan .

    You have to tell us the hole story so we'll de able to advice you.

    edit : panoc is right . you also have to return the old one if you upgrade to a newer one.

    You had to return your old cosmote router once you took the new one.
    The customer support should have mentioned it, if not it's their mistake. If you still have the old old speedport router contact customer support and ask if they can cancel the charge once you return it.

    thx panoc&griniaris , Thank you for the answer- I still have the "old" router and can return it. Only the problem is, I am currently in Austria and I cannot say when it will be possible to come to Greece (COVID) - I tried to find a support form on the Cosmote website, unfortunately without success. Is there no way to contact Cosmote via email? I tried this address: customercare@cosmote.gr, I got an automatic reply:
    "Για να μπορέσουμε να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε, παρακαλούμε όπως επισκεφτείτε το site www.cosmote.gr και συμπληρώσετε τη φόρμα επικοινωνίας.
    Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.
    θα χαρούμε να λάβουμε το αίτημά σας."

    if you can't return it , maybe someone else can instead of you .

    when you (or someone else) return the old router definetely keep the receipt. at least until they return you the money.

    There is an app if you prefer.

    Just don't hold your breath.
    It takes months for the cpe you returned to appear so in the erp,
    and even then you still might have to contact them again to reverse the charge.
    Just make sure to keep the receipt that you (or someone else) returned it and eventually it will be solved.
