Huawei hybrid no connection to the internet

Hello, yesterday we had a power cut on the island. After the power worked again, my Huawei hybrid router no longer connected to the internet.
Since I am currently in Austria, my neighbor went to my house and tried to find the problem over the phone.

All the necessary LEDs light up green and blue.
Only the Internet LED flashed green, it was not lit permanently.
I can remember that it doesn't usually blink, am I wrong? It always has to shine, right?

The OTE support couldn't tell me what the cause is, they just see that there is a problem with the internet.

Even if the DSL fails, the Internet should work via the SIM card.
The Sim should also be used as a backup solution.

Does anyone have any help for this problem?

I said it because you would had more answers (possibly) by posting it to the correct thread..

At the end, what happened? Was your problem fixed? And if yes how?

Yes the problem has been fixed. However, although we did everything possible (logs from webcam & router, pictures from webcam) we could not find the cause. After we had disconnected both routers twice, first plugged in the Huawei again after 10 minutes, then the Fritzbox, it worked again. We suspect it was an OTE problem in the DSLAM. After my support report at OTE and the automatic SMS with the malfunction report, I had not heard from OTE.
