Called party cannot hear me-VOIP

For some time now, I've had a telephone landline problem: When I call someone, the person called doesn't hear me.
I can hear him perfectly!

I run a Fritzbox 7590 as a router behind a Huawei Booster DN9245X6-10.
The phone on this 7590 has already worked properly some weeks ago.

The support from avm.de said, I should enter a STUN server and test it. Can someone tell me the Cosmote stun server?

*typically*, one-way audio over sip, indicates nat issues.
7590 operates exceptionally when having the wan interface on itself.
Unfortunately, in your case, by having it behind isp's cpe you are double-nating.

Such issues might resolve (and usually do) when we can use a stun server.
Unfortunately, to my knowledge, cosmote doesn't provide one (it's not needed when using its cpe).
You could try and use one of the public/free ones (google it), it should work,
but the stability/availability of the free ones might be questionable.

The situation might be further complicating since you are using speedbooster (dsl+lte bonding).

The 1st thing to check is if telephony operates ok when connected on the speedbooster cpe.
If so, the service itself is ok, and an option would be to leave the telephony to it.

If you prefer to keep the telephony on the fritz itself, you could try (in no particular order):
1. port forward sip/rtp ports from huawei to fritzbox
2. set fritzbox wan as a dmz on huawei (if supported)
3. disable sip alg on huawei (if allowed)
4. if huawei supports it set preferred routing of sip via dsl/lte

That in principle.
I have 0 knowledge of the huawei's inner workings.
Your best bet is a post on the speedbooster thread.
Other users might have faced the same issues and have answers.

Thank you K1m0ns , helps me a lot your answer. The tel works with the Huawei Booster without problems .
On the cosmote booster is "DZM" active.
