    Υποτίθεται ότι έχω ακολουθήσει διάφορες οδηγίες στο internet προκειμένου να κάνω passthru την Intel iGPU (UHD 770) σε Windows 10 VM σε KVM host, αλλά ενώ φαίνεται το passthru να δουλεύει και τα Windows αναγνωρίζουν την κάρτα, στον device manager τη δείχνουν με θαυμαστικό (ότι δε δουλεύει δηλαδή). Έχω εγκαταστήσει τους Intel drivers κανονικά.

    Οι οδηγίες που ακολούθησα γενικά είναι να ενεργοποιηθεί το iommu, virtualization και ό,τι σχετικό υπάρχει στο BIOS, να ενεργοποιηθούν οι αντίστοιχες ρυθμίσεις στον πυρήνα (iommu, vfio pci, κτλ.), να περαστεί στις παραμέτρους του kernel το

    iommu=pt vfio-pci.ids=8086:a780
    και ενώ το βλέπω στο dmesg ότι την κάρτα την προσθέτει στο vfio-pci και φαίνεται και με lspci ότι χρησιμοποιείται αυτός ο driver, συνεχίζει να μη δουλεύει στα Windows. Στις ρυθμίσεις του VM την έχω προσθέσει ως PCI passthru.

    Υπάρχει κάποιος που να το κατάφερε επιτυχώς κάτι τέτοιο; Οι οδηγοί που ακολούθησα είναι https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g--fe8_kEcw&t=53s και το arch wiki.

    Έχω στήσει single-gpu vfio με Nvidia 4090 σε win11.

    Θα βοηθούσε αν ποσταρες το .xml (πχ. με virsh edit <vm>)

    Φαντάζομαι έχεις δεύτερη κάρτα και κάνεις passthrough αυτή; Διαφορετικά χρειάζεται να κάνεις single gpu vfio που χρειάζεται να κάνεις detach την καρτα απο το host.

    Επίσης σιγουρέψου οτι περνάς όλα τα devices του IOMMU σαν passthrough, συμπεριλαμβανομένου και του audio. Επίσης να συμπεριλάβεις το "intel_iommu=on" (ή amd_iommu=on, ανάλογα την cpu) στο boot parameters.

    Πχ σε μένα με nvidia έχω αυτά (είναι σε nix αλλα μπορείς να κάνεις μετάφραση για την διανομή σου):

    Βλέπω QXL και Spice. Δοκίμασε να τα βγάλεις (κάνε backup το xml καλού κακού). Εδώ είναι τα μόνα που έχω εγώ. Αυτό που κάνω εγώ για να έχω πρόσβαση και με την dGPU και ως guest είναι να κάνω ένα copy το xml και να τα χω σε ένα εφεδρικό (πχ win-11-nopassthrough).

    Επίσης βεβαιώσου οτι δεν έχεις φορτώσει καταλάθος intel drivers για την κάρτα γραφικών στο host (με lsmod). Για να δουλέψει στο guest κάτι με passthrough πρέπει να εξαφανιστεί απο το host.

    Στην τελική, κατέβασε και ένα ubuntu και προσπάθησε να κάνεις boot απο αυτό να δεις αν το βλέπει στο lspci στο linux guest.

    Επίσης δοκίμασε τα παρακάτω options σαν boot options:
