Technical Details



This Trojan has a built-in remote administration utility, offering a remote malicious user full control over the victim machine.



The Trojan itself is a Windows PE EXE file approximately 68KB in size, packed using UPX. The unpacked file is approximately 210KB in size.



Once the backdoor has been launched, it creates the following additional files in the Windows system directory:



%Systemr%\chkkrnl.msc

%System%\yzsrv.nld

Once the backdoor has been installed, a malicious remote user will have full access to the victim machine. Files can be downloaded to the infected computer and launched. The backdoor also makes it possible for a remote user to view a list of processes executed on the victim machine, terminate processes, and access a range of information about the system and its user.
