οκ δεν θα αναφερω εδω αλλες τηλεορασεις, αλλα η wind tv που λες πρεπει να εχεις και γραμμη δεν παει σκετη.

Μετα την προσφορα που δινει η cosmote tv στα 22 τι τιμη θα γινει ξερει κανεις? θα ξαναδωσουν αλλη για ανανεωση ή θα γινει καποια τιμη αστα να πανε? να ξερουμε για να αποφασισουμε...

Hello Akos. Be careful with the cancelling of the subscription. It is better to start the procedure 1 week before the final deadline. If the subscription will cancel before the deadline, you will have to pay penalty.

The regulation stipulates that the provider must be informed at least 1 month in advance.
So you inform that you want to cancel the service, exactly on the date when the subscription expires and you do not want to renew it.

If you isolate the second sentence, it is not obvious when to apply for the cancellation since you mentioned: "...exactly on the date when the subscription expires and you do not want to renew it."

So you inform that you want to cancel the service, one month in advance from exactly on the date when the subscription expires and you do not want to renew it.
