Προβλήματα με τη Cyta

Καλησπέρα σας,

Η προηγούμενη εταιρεία στην οποία ήμασταν, ήταν η On Telecoms. Εκεί είχαμε Triple Play, με ADSL2+ σύνδεση, όπου συγχρονίζαμε σε 19 Mbps Downstream / 1 Mbps Upstream, με Fast Path.


Γραφτήκαμε πρόσφατα συνδρομητές στη Cyta, σε πρόγραμμα Triple Play, στην κατηγορία VDSL, 35 Mbps Downstream /3 Mbps Upstream, και η τηλεφωνική γραμμή μας, ήταν να ενεργοποιηθεί την Πέμπτη 29 Μαΐου.

Πριν την ημερομηνία ενεργοποίησης, όταν παραλάβαμε τον εξοπλισμό (router: ADB P.RG av4202N, και αποκωδικοποιητής τηλεόρασης IPTV: CYTA-2841TW), το κουτί του αποκωδικοποιητή της τηλεόρασης, ήταν ανοιχτό, και έλλειπε το τηλεκοντρόλ.

Παραλάβαμε καινούριο τηλεκοντρόλ δωρεάν, από κατάστημα σας, κατόπιν συνεννόησης με την τεχνική υποστήριξη (τηλ. 13811).

Μετά παρατήρησα, ότι άλλο serial number, και mac address, έγραφε το κουτί του αποκωδικοποιητή τηλεόρασης, και άλλα είχε ο αποκωδικοποιητής ο ίδιος, και ενημέρωσα την τεχνική υποστήριξη για αυτό (τηλ. 13811), για να μην ενεργοποιήσουν άλλον αποκωδικοποιητή τηλεόρασης.


Την ημέρα ενεργοποίησης της γραμμής (Πέμπτη 29 Μαΐου), η γραμμή ήταν κενή, και την δηλώσατε στον ΟΤΕ ως βλάβη.

Την Παρασκευή 30 Μαΐου, η γραμμή δούλευε, και ο router συγχρονίζει από τότε, σε 23.1 Mbps Downstream / 2.2 Mbps Upstream. Με επικοινωνία με την τεχνική υποστήριξη (τηλ. 13811), ενεργοποιήθηκε η υπηρεσία τηλεόρασης, και μου είπαν από μόνοι τους, ότι η γραμμή χρειαζόταν ρυθμίσεις, τις οποίες δεν τις έκαναν, γιατί η γραμμή ήταν ακόμη δηλωμένη ως βλάβη στον ΟΤΕ, και όταν ο ΟΤΕ θα τους απαντούσε ότι διορθώθηκε το πρόβλημα, η Cyta θα ρύθμιζε τη γραμμή.


Μέχρι τη Δευτέρα, ο router στο Log του δεν έβγαζε κανένα πρόβλημα, παρά μόνο που και που, ένα μήνυμα:

Τη Δευτέρα, η Cyta έγραψε στο my.cyta.gr, ότι το θέμα του προβλήματος της γραμμής, έκλεισε.


Οι ταχύτητες συγχρονισμού, παρέμειναν οι ίδιες (23.1 Mbps Downstream / 2.2 Mbps Upstream). Από τη Δευτέρα, ο router βγάζει στο Log του, μία σωρεία λαθών και προειδοποιήσεων, οι οποίες δεν φτιάχνουν με σβήσιμο, και άναμμα του router:

Σήμερα το απόγευμα, είδα ότι δεν είχαν ρυθμιστεί οι ταχύτητες συγχρονισμού, ούτε είχαν σταματήσει τα λάθη μετά από σβησίματα, και ανάμματα του router. Πήρα τηλέφωνο την τεχνική υποστήριξη (τηλ. 13811), και μου είπαν:

1. "Με βάση τις μετρήσεις του ΟΤΕ για την περιοχή σας, δεν μπορείτε να πιάσετε μεγαλύτερες ταχύτητες".

2. Επειδή χρησιμοποιώ on line games, ζήτησα να μου απενεργοποιήσουν το Interleaved, και μου είπαν, ότι επειδή έχω την υπηρεσία τηλεόρασης, δεν γίνεται.

3. Να μην δίνω σημασία στα λάθη του router, αν δεν συναντώ πρόβλημα.


Το ακόλουθο δεν το θυμήθηκα να τους το πω, αλλά το λέω τώρα:

Έχω που και που αποσυνδέσεις του wireless, και στο laptop, και στο tablet μου (το οποίο είναι καινούριο), οι οποίες επανέρχονται ύστερα από μερικά δευτερόλεπτα, μήπως οφείλεται στα λάθη του router;

Η απόσταση του router, από το laptop και το tablet, είναι 5-6 μέτρα.


Στον προηγούμενο πάροχο (On Telecoms), δεν είχα προβλήματα με το wireless.


Οπότε, τα θέματα που θέλω να μας ρυθμίσετε είναι τα εξής:

1. Επειδή με ADSL2+ με Fast Path (και είχαμε και εκεί υπηρεσία τηλεόρασης, και δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα να μας δώσουν Fast Path), πιάναμε 19 Mbps Downstream, περίμενα ότι θα πιάναμε τουλάχιστον 30 Mbps Downstream με VDSL2+. Θέλω να κοιτάξετε αν γίνεται, να αυξηθεί η ταχύτητα Downstream, και η ταχύτητα Upstream (είναι δυνατόν, να μην μπορούμε να πιάσουμε ταχύτητα μεγαλύτερη από 2.2 Mbps Upstream; ).

2. Δεν γίνεται να μας απενεργοποιήσετε το Interleaved, για καλύτερα pings σε online games;

3. Δεν γίνεται να μην εμφανίζει ο router αυτά τα λάθη στο Log του;

4. Αν γίνεται, να διορθωθούν οι αποσυνδέσεις του Wireless.

Πριν την ημερομηνία ενεργοποίησης, όταν παραλάβαμε τον εξοπλισμό (router: ADB P.RG av4202N, και αποκωδικοποιητής τηλεόρασης IPTV: CYTA-2841TW), το κουτί του αποκωδικοποιητή της τηλεόρασης, ήταν ανοιχτό, και έλλειπε το τηλεκοντρόλ.

Παραλάβαμε καινούριο τηλεκοντρόλ δωρεάν, από κατάστημα σας, κατόπιν συνεννόησης με την τεχνική υποστήριξη (τηλ. 13811).

Μετά παρατήρησα, ότι άλλο serial number, και mac address, έγραφε το κουτί του αποκωδικοποιητή τηλεόρασης, και άλλα είχε ο αποκωδικοποιητής ο ίδιος, και ενημέρωσα την τεχνική υποστήριξη για αυτό (τηλ. 13811), για να μην ενεργοποιήσουν άλλον αποκωδικοποιητή τηλεόρασης.


Την ημέρα ενεργοποίησης της γραμμής (Πέμπτη 29 Μαΐου), η γραμμή ήταν κενή, και την δηλώσατε στον ΟΤΕ ως βλάβη.

Την Παρασκευή 30 Μαΐου, η γραμμή δούλευε, και ο router συγχρονίζει από τότε, σε 23.1 Mbps Downstream / 2.2 Mbps Upstream. Με επικοινωνία με την τεχνική υποστήριξη (τηλ. 13811), ενεργοποιήθηκε η υπηρεσία τηλεόρασης, και μου είπαν από μόνοι τους, ότι η γραμμή χρειαζόταν ρυθμίσεις, τις οποίες δεν τις έκαναν, γιατί η γραμμή ήταν ακόμη δηλωμένη ως βλάβη στον ΟΤΕ, και όταν ο ΟΤΕ θα τους απαντούσε ότι διορθώθηκε το πρόβλημα, η Cyta θα ρύθμιζε τη γραμμή.


Μέχρι τη Δευτέρα, ο router στο Log του δεν έβγαζε κανένα πρόβλημα, παρά μόνο που και που, ένα μήνυμα:

Τη Δευτέρα, η Cyta έγραψε στο my.cyta.gr, ότι το θέμα του προβλήματος της γραμμής, έκλεισε.


Οι ταχύτητες συγχρονισμού, παρέμειναν οι ίδιες (23.1 Mbps Downstream / 2.2 Mbps Upstream). Από τη Δευτέρα, ο router βγάζει στο Log του, μία σωρεία λαθών και προειδοποιήσεων, οι οποίες δεν φτιάχνουν με σβήσιμο, και άναμμα του router:

Σήμερα το απόγευμα, είδα ότι δεν είχαν ρυθμιστεί οι ταχύτητες συγχρονισμού, ούτε είχαν σταματήσει τα λάθη μετά από σβησίματα, και ανάμματα του router. Πήρα τηλέφωνο την τεχνική υποστήριξη (τηλ. 13811), και μου είπαν:

1. "Με βάση τις μετρήσεις του ΟΤΕ για την περιοχή σας, δεν μπορείτε να πιάσετε μεγαλύτερες ταχύτητες".

2. Επειδή χρησιμοποιώ on line games, ζήτησα να μου απενεργοποιήσουν το Interleaved, και μου είπαν, ότι επειδή έχω την υπηρεσία τηλεόρασης, δεν γίνεται.

3. Να μην δίνω σημασία στα λάθη του router, αν δεν συναντώ πρόβλημα.


Το ακόλουθο δεν το θυμήθηκα να τους το πω, αλλά το λέω τώρα:

Έχω που και που αποσυνδέσεις του wireless, και στο laptop, και στο tablet μου (το οποίο είναι καινούριο), οι οποίες επανέρχονται ύστερα από μερικά δευτερόλεπτα, μήπως οφείλεται στα λάθη του router;

Η απόσταση του router, από το laptop και το tablet, είναι 5-6 μέτρα.


Στον προηγούμενο πάροχο (On Telecoms), δεν είχα προβλήματα με το wireless.


Οπότε, τα θέματα που θέλω να μας ρυθμίσετε είναι τα εξής:

1. Επειδή με ADSL2+ με Fast Path (και είχαμε και εκεί υπηρεσία τηλεόρασης, και δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα να μας δώσουν Fast Path), πιάναμε 19 Mbps Downstream, περίμενα ότι θα πιάναμε τουλάχιστον 30 Mbps Downstream με VDSL2+. Θέλω να κοιτάξετε αν γίνεται, να αυξηθεί η ταχύτητα Downstream, και η ταχύτητα Upstream (είναι δυνατόν, να μην μπορούμε να πιάσουμε ταχύτητα μεγαλύτερη από 2.2 Mbps Upstream; ).

2. Δεν γίνεται να μας απενεργοποιήσετε το Interleaved, για καλύτερα pings σε online games;

3. Δεν γίνεται να μην εμφανίζει ο router αυτά τα λάθη στο Log του;

4. Αν γίνεται, να διορθωθούν οι αποσυνδέσεις του Wireless.
