Ένας ασθενής ο οποίος νοσηλευόταν στο πανεπιστημιακό νοσοκομείο των Σκοπίων με συμπτώματα που θα μπορούσαν να υποδεικνύουν ότι είχε προσβληθεί από τον ιό Έμπολα απεβίωσε. Οπως μεταδίδουν μέσα ενημέρωσης των Σκοπίων, πρόκειται για έναν Βρετανό υπήκοο, ο οποίος εισήχθη στο νοσοκομείο σε άσχημη κατάσταση και μετά από μερικές ημέρες κατέληξε.

Για την ώρα δεν υπάρχουν πληροφορίες σχετικά με το από ποια χώρα ταξίδεψε στην ΠΓΔΜ ο ασθενής που απεβίωσε.
Οι υγειονομικές αρχές της ΠΓΔΜ μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχουν επιβεβαιώσει το περιστατικό· από το νοσοκομείο των Σκοπίων έγινε γνωστό ότι σε λίγη ώρα θα υπάρξουν σχετικές ανακοινώσεις.

Οι δυναμεις που εκφραζονται μεσα απ'τις δυτικο-ανεπτυγμενες χωρες σχεδιαζουν παγκοσμια κριση και reset του οικονομικου συστηματος με διαφοροποιηση των παραμετρων (οπως ενα παγκοσμιο, αυλο-ηλεκτρονικο νομισμα) οταν αυτο επανελθει σε κανονικη λειτουργια. Αυτο κατα τη γνωμη μου "δενει" με το γιατι οι τραπεζες αντι να καταγραψουν τα κερδη τους απ'τα δανεια, κλεινοντας τα και κατασχοντας κατα συρροη τις περιουσιες των κακοπληρωτων, ανατροφοδοτουν το δανεισμο τους - διατηροντας τα μεν σε λογιστικο επιπεδο, αλλα διευρυνοντας σε παραλογο επιπεδο το ρισκο*. Προσωπικα εκτιμω οτι οι τραπεζες δεν θα τα παρουν ποτε και οτι ειναι απλα το εργαλειο με το οποιο ο κοσμος γευεται πλαστη ευημερια στις προ-reset ημερες, ωστε να μην του μπουν καν ιδεες για αλλο οικονομικο συστημα στις μετα-reset.

Τωρα οσον αφορα την ιδια την καταρρευση, αυτη πρεπει να αποδωθει σε εξωτερικους παραγοντες οπως καιρος, πολεμοι, αρρωστιες, "προβληματα" με τις συναλλαγματικες ισοτιμιες, peak oil, κινεζοι και αλλα τετοια...

Θεωρητικα, αν δωσουμε λιγο χρονο στο καπιταλιστικο συστημα θα πεσει μονο του σαν ωριμο φρουτο. Δεν χρειαζεται ουτε βια ουτε τιποτα. Απλα εχουν αλλα σεναρια για να ελεγξουν τη κατασταση με δευτερευοντα παραλληλα ζητηματα που θα "τρεχουν" παρεα με το θεμα της χρεοκοπιας. Τρομοκρατια, αρρωστιες, τροφιμα, καταστροφες, πολεμοι κτλ. Οποτε μ'αυτα ως προσχημα θα θελησουν να ελεγξουν τις μαζες ωστε να μην επαναστατησουν. Χρειαζονται απεγνωσμενα τετοια σεναρια για να κινητοποιησουν τις δυναμεις ασφαλειας και να περασουν εκτακτους νομους που θα περιοριζουν τον κοσμο απ'το να παρει την εξουσια στα χερια του απ'τους διαχειριστες της χρεοκοπημενης πολιτικης.

Βασικα το ελληνικο χρεος πρεπει να το δεις υπο το πρισμα του παγκοσμιου χρεους. Ειναι τοσο δυσθεωρητα τα μεγεθη του παγκοσμιου χρεους που δε γινεται να αποπληρωθουν - χωρις να βαλουν τη παγκοσμια οικονομια σε 20ετη υφεση και λιτοτητα. Αλλα αυτο το σεναριο δε παιζει.

Αντιθετα, το σεναριο που παιζει ειναι να βρεθουν καποιες δικαιολογιες ωστε να σβηστουν καποια χρεη (μεγαλο μερος αυτων) για να συνεχισει το καπιταλιστικο συστημα τη λειτουργια του. Και αυτο πρεπει να γινει με καλες δικαιολογιες γιατι αλλιως ο κοσμος θα θεωρησει το καπιταλιστικο συστημα αποτυχημενο και θα ζητησει αλλο οικονομικο συστημα.

Τι δικαιολογιες θα ειναι αυτες? Απο πολεμοι και αρρωστιες μεχρι φυσικα φαινομενα. Πχ στο Ιρακ μεγαλο ποσοστο του χρεους σβηστηκε λογω πολεμου. Στην Αϊτη λογω σεισμου κ.ο.κ. Οσο πιο παγκοσμια τα καταστροφικα σεναρια, τοσο καλυτερα για τη δικαιολογια του παγκοσμιου reset και της συνεπακολουθης αναμορφωσης του νομισματικου συστηματος (το trend ειναι να αλλαζει καθε μερικες δεκαετιες σε νεα μορφη - και πλησιαζουμε στο επομενο κομβικο σημειο αναμορφωσης του, προς ψηφιακη/παγκοσμια οικονομια).

Επισης, απ'οσο διαβαζω στα αμερικανικα φορουμ, αρκετοι ειναι πολυ τσαντισμενοι για το οτι ενω γνωριζουν οτι ο ιος μπορει να τους ερθει αεροπορικως απ'την Αφρικη και να καταστρεψει ολοκληρη τη χωρα τους, εντουτοις η κυβερνηση συνεχιζει τις πτησεις σα να μη συμβαινει τιποτα. It has not fully known how Miss Romero contracted Ebola, although she told the Spanish press on Wednesday that she might have caught the virus from touching her face with a glove after cleaning the room of a dead missionary.

Spain acknowledged to the European Union that Ms Romero may have become infected because of the “possible relaxation of security measures during the movement of the body of [an Ebola victim] or the disposal of waste material”.

Canadian Ebola Vaccine to Be Shipped to Geneva Next Week, WHO Said

Experimental Ebola vaccine that Canada has donated to the World Health Organization will be shipped to Geneva next week, the global health agency said.

The WHO is finalizing the legal agreement needed for it to take possession of between 800 and 1,000 vials of donated vaccine. Once that contract is signed the vaccine will then be shipped, a senior official told The Canadian Press.

"We are negotiating the final agreement and we should have it signed, I hope, by the beginning of next week. And we should be able to move the vaccine next week," said Dr. Marie-Paule Kieny, the WHO's assistant director general for health systems and innovation.

"This is why the vaccine is not yet in Geneva, and not then distributed further."

The Public Health Agency of Canada — whose scientists invented the vaccine and which paid to have the vials produced — said the vaccine will be sent when the request comes.

"PHAC is confirming the details with the WHO and stands ready to ship," a spokesperson from the agency said in an email.

Soon-to-start clinical trials will establish if the vaccine is safe to use in people and how much — or little — is needed to protect a person. It is hoped the results will show that a low dose can be used, which would mean each vial might contain up to 100 doses of vaccine.

If Canada transfers 1,000 vials to the WHO and if 100 doses can be obtained from each vial, the Canadian donation could turn out to be 100,000 doses of vaccine. The studies may show each person will need two doses of vaccine to gain protection, a priming and a boosting dose.

Kieny said the vaccine was left at the National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg while plans were being worked out on who would conduct clinical trials of the experimental vaccine and where those trials would take place.

Until those plans were nearing completion, there was no need to have the vaccine in Geneva, Kieny said. The Winnipeg lab had the capacity to safely store the vials and the Geneva hospital that will hold the vaccine for the WHO had to purchase a special freezer to store it at -80 C.

The vaccine, called VSV-EBOV, was created by scientists at the Winnipeg lab.

Canada holds the intellectual property rights to the vaccine but has licensed the rights to a small American biotech company, NewLink Genetics. Based in Ames, Iowa, the company's primary focus — until recently — has been the development of cancer vaccines. It does not have its own vaccine production facility and has never brought a product through the expensive and onerous process of gaining regulatory approval.

But because it holds the licence to one of a very few experimental Ebola vaccines — and one of only two ready for human safety trials — NewLink has found itself at the centre of a storm.

While the company has been getting assistance from a U.S. government agency — the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, or BARDA — frustrated scientists and others have questioned whether the company has the resources, finances and clout to push the vaccine forward.

In an interview earlier this week, NewLink's vice-president of business development, Brian Wiley, said the company has been working as fast as it can.

"Our primary goal is to do this in the most accelerated, most ethical way possible to ensure the likelihood of success," Wiley said.

Meanwhile clinical trials of the other vaccine being tested in people started last month. That vaccine, called cAd3, was designed by scientists at the U.S. National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

On Thursday, investigators studying cAd3 started injecting the vaccine into volunteers — health-care workers and other health sector front-line workers — in Mali, in West Africa. This is the first time a clinical trial of an Ebola drug or vaccine has been conducted in Africa.

The clinical trial is a joint venture of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, the Center for Vaccine Development of Mali and the Ministry of Health of Mali.

Mali borders on Guinea — where the outbreak began late last year — making it a country at high risk of having cases. But to date it has not reported any.

NewLink's Wiley said five clinical trials of the VSV-EBOV vaccine will soon be under way in the United States (two), Germany, Switzerland and in an unnamed African country which is not battling Ebola.

As well, Canada wants to conduct a clinical trial in this country.

Kieny says researchers who will conduct the European and African clinical trials should be submitting their proposals to their regulatory agencies next week, which means they will soon need supplies of vaccine.

"This is why we are finalizing this agreement in order to be able to move it, so that we can provide it on time," Kieny said.

This Ebola outbreak is the largest in history. The WHO is currently pegging the case count at 8,033 infections and 3,865 deaths. But it noted in a grimly worded report Wednesday that the ability to record accurate counts is declining, especially in Liberia.

Because the number of cases has far outstripped the capacity to care for the ill, infected people are being cared for — and in many cases, dying — in the community, without coming to the attention of authorities.

Abstract
Ebola virus (EBOV) infections cause lethal hemorrhagic fever in humans, resulting in up to 90% mortality. EBOV outbreaks are sporadic and unpredictable in nature; therefore, a vaccine that is able to provide durable immunity is needed to protect those who are at risk of exposure to the virus. This study assesses the long-term efficacy of the vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV)-based vaccine (VSVΔG/EBOVGP) in two rodent models of EBOV infection. Mice and guinea pigs were first immunized with 2 × 104 or 2 × 105 plaque forming units (PFU) of VSVΔG/EBOVGP, respectively. Challenge of mice with a lethal dose of mouse-adapted EBOV (MA-EBOV) at 6.5 and 9 months after vaccination provided complete protection, and 80% (12 of 15 survivors) protection at 12 months after vaccination. Challenge of guinea pigs with a lethal dose of guinea pig-adapted EBOV (GA-EBOV) at 7, 12 and 18 months after vaccination resulted in 83% (5 of 6 survivors) at 7 months after vaccination, and 100% survival at 12 and 18 months after vaccination. No weight loss or clinical signs were observed in the surviving animals. Antibody responses were analyzed using sera from individual rodents. Levels of EBOV glycoprotein-specific IgG antibody measured immediately before challenge appeared to correlate with protection. These studies confirm that vaccination with VSVΔG/EBOVGP is able to confer long-term protection against Ebola infection in mice and guinea pigs, and support follow-up studies in non-human primates.

Efforts to bring natural Ebola treatments to suffering West Africans have been squelched by the World Health Organization (WHO), which recently blocked multiple shipments of nanosilver solution measuring at 10 parts per million (ppm) from entering the region, leaving thousands to suffer needlessly.

WHO officials also reportedly called off a trial at an Ebola isolation ward where local health authorities were set to begin administering the silver, which the U.S. government previously demonstrated is highly effective against Ebola. WHO ordered the trial not to proceed despite the fact that it had earlier voiced support for experimental treatments.

Both WHO and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have given their blessing to experimental therapies for Ebola, citing a lack of proven treatment options. But when it comes to using therapeutic silver, all bets are off, it seems.

Authorities block small shipment of nanosilver three times

According to the Natural Solutions Foundation (NSF), efforts to ship nanosilver into Sierra Leone have thus far failed. The organization has been trying to deliver a shipment of 200 bottles of nanosilver 10 ppm, and 100 tubes of nanosilver gel, to no avail. At this point, the shipment has been returned to the U.S. for the third time.

"That parcel, shipped Air Express at a cost of $3400 to Sierra Leone on August 20, never made it out of Paris," reads an NSF action alert. "Air France has yet to find a reason for that. But it made its way back to the US again, apparently for the 3rd time without being delivered to Africa."

People are dying, and bureaucrats are still playing politics with silver

Formerly classified documents obtained from the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) reveal that antimicrobial silver solutions like the kind NSF is trying to deliver to Africa have proven benefits in fighting Ebola and other forms of hemorrhagic fever. Research conducted by the DOD and several other federal agencies back in 2008 confirmed this, though health regulators largely ignored it.

A presentation entitled "Silver Nanoparticles Neutralize Hemorrhagic Fever Viruses," which revealed exactly what its name suggests, was buried and kept secret for years. In essence, investigators determined that simple silver solutions neutralize viruses like Arenavirus and Filovirus, both of which are related to Ebola.

Interestingly, the research was conducted with the backing of the DOD's Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and the U.S. Strategic Command Center for Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction. The presentation was given by researchers from the Applied Biotechnology Branch, 711th Human Performance Wing of the Air Force Research Laboratory.

But not a single mainstream media outlet reported on the presentation, and to this day its findings have been largely ignored by establishment health authorities. Sadly, this political quagmire -- nanosilver is an obvious threat to pharmaceutical interests, and thus is being marginalized -- is resulting in thousands of needless deaths in West Africa with no end in sight.
